1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clickeon website at www.clickeon.com, or by engaging Clickeon FZCO (“Clickeon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for any marketing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Clickeon.

2. Services Description

Clickeon provides specialist fintech marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Go-to-market strategy and market entry consulting
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) for financial brands
• Paid media buying across digital advertising platforms
• Marketing technology (Martech) stack implementation and management
• Public relations and media placement within financial publications
• AI-powered marketing automation and workflow deployment

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) entered into between Clickeon and the client.

3. Use of the Website

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract content from the website without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website in contravention of these Terms
• Use the website to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

5. Client Obligations

Clients engaging Clickeon for marketing services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the delivery of services
• Ensure that all materials, content, and instructions provided to Clickeon comply with applicable laws, including financial advertising regulations in all target jurisdictions
• Obtain all necessary licences, permissions, and regulatory approvals required to advertise financial products and services in their target markets
• Make payments in accordance with agreed payment terms and schedules
• Designate an authorised contact person with sufficient authority to provide approvals and instructions

6. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of their engagement they may have access to confidential information belonging to the other party. Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information, not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, and to use it only for the purposes contemplated by the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for services are set out in the relevant SOW or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue. Clickeon reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date, without prejudice to any other remedies available. Late payment may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month on outstanding balances.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and information on this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Clickeon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the website's operation, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on information from our website is strictly at your own risk. Specific performance outcomes for marketing campaigns are subject to market conditions, platform policies, and factors outside our control; results described in case studies are illustrative and not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clickeon, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Clickeon in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the relevant SOW or Service Agreement. Clickeon reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice, if a client breaches these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality, and limitations of liability.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites or services not owned or controlled by Clickeon. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

13. Amendments

Clickeon reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Dubai, UAE. The language of arbitration shall be English.
